Our journey together began in the hallways of middle school, where we first crossed paths in the 6th grade. At that time, I thought Luke was annoying, a constant source of mischief and chatter. Throughout high school, we often talked and shared classes, and somehow always ended up sitting right next to each other. Despite this proximity, we never quite became close friends. Unbeknownst to me, Luke had a crush on me during those years, always hoping for a chance to get to know me better.

Years passed, and we went our separate ways after high school. It wasn’t until our early 20s that fate brought us back together. We reconnected and found ourselves spending more and more time together. This time, we saw each other in a new light. Our conversations grew longer and more meaningful, and we realized how much we enjoyed each other's company. What started as casual encounters soon blossomed into a deep and enduring relationship.

Now, 13 years later, our bond has only grown stronger. We’ve shared countless memories, from late-night talks to quiet evenings at home with our beloved dog, Remi. Each moment together has been a step on the path that has led us to this beautiful chapter in our lives. Remi has been a constant source of joy and laughter, making our little family complete.

On a very warm day in October and with the beauty of the setting sun, Luke proposed at a beach not too far from our home. It marked the beginning of our forever, a promise to continue building our life together with the same joy and laughter that has defined our relationship from the start.

We love each other for many reasons—our shared sense of humor, our unwavering support for one another, and the deep understanding we have developed over the years. Luke's kindness, ability to make me laugh, and the way he always makes me smile every day are just a few of the reasons I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him.
